Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaint Coordinator I, responsible
for assisting customers and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
Log complaints into the SAP Complaint system and gather necessary
information
Issue call tags, notifications, credits, and replacement orders for
complaint resolution
Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and ensure proper
closure of complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
Ability to process relevant details and prioritize their
importance
Experience in providing customer service preferred
