Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead and
optimize business operations and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Architect scalable systems to support growth and enhance customer
experience
Transform billing and subscription infrastructure to drive customer
retention and expansion
Build and lead a customer success organization focused on user
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of operations leadership experience, particularly in
SaaS
Experience in early-stage startup environments (Seed through Series
B)
Proven success in scaling customer operations and implementing
systems
Strong technical background, including expertise in Stripe
billing
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
