• American Heart Association BLS
• ACLS
• License/Certificate Verification
• MMR requirements and exceptions
• Varicella requirements and exceptions
• Influenza Vaccine requirements and exceptions
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) requirements
  • Job Details
  • 6th Floor Med/tele/Neuro: 1:6 ratio max
  • Need to have BLS, NIH/stroke
    • Job Requirements
    • American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
    • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
    • Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted - must have a valid permanent license.
    • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form preferred, not required.
    • Completed within 1 year of start updated annually for Fit Test.
    • Completed Skill Checklist specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
    • Competency Exams for the relevant department.
    • Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.
      • Additional Details
      • Will accept one of the following for Hepatitis B: Proof of full series completed, at least two vaccines from the series, or signed declination.
      • Proof of vaccination within past 10 years for Tdap.
      • Physical/Health Statement must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions.
