  • Job Details
  • 19 bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post surgical patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine CT, MRI and Angio.
  • 2-3:1 pt assignments, may need to float to other ICUs/Step downs.

    • Fit Test completed within 1 year of start updated annually
    • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form
    • NIHSS Certification
    • UHS I-9 Attestation completed
    • UHS Education Verification confirmed
    • UHS Employment Verification confirmed
    • UHS Skills Checklist
    • UHS Competency Exam completed within 1 year prior to start with at least 80% score
    • UHS Core Competencies completed within 1 year prior to start
    • Physical/Health Statement signed within one year of the initial start date
